Where required by applicable law, your campaigns should include appropriate sender identification, unsubscribe mechanisms, and other required information.

Larozemails does not authorize customers to use our infrastructure for spam or unlawful bulk email.

6. Email Lists

You may only use email lists for which you have the appropriate authorization, permission, or lawful basis.

We may restrict or prohibit the use of:

  • Scraped email lists

  • Harvested email addresses

  • Lists obtained through deceptive methods

  • Lists associated with spam complaints or abuse

  • Lists that violate applicable laws or regulations

We may request information regarding the source or permission status of a mailing list where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse or protect our infrastructure.

7. Email Delivery

Larozemails aims to provide reliable email infrastructure, but we cannot guarantee that every email will be delivered successfully or reach the recipient's inbox.

Email delivery and inbox placement may be affected by factors including:

  • Recipient mail providers

  • Sender reputation

  • Domain reputation

  • IP reputation

  • Email content

  • Authentication configuration

  • Recipient engagement

  • Spam filtering systems

  • Internet and network conditions

  • Third-party policies

Accordingly, we do not guarantee specific delivery rates, inbox placement, open rates, click rates, conversions, or sales.

If we detect activity that may threaten our infrastructure, other customers, recipients, or third-party systems, we may temporarily restrict, suspend, or investigate the affected service.

Examples may include unusually high complaint rates, suspected spam, phishing activity, malicious activity, compromised accounts, or other serious abuse indicators.

11. Payments and Billing

Customers agree to pay all applicable fees for the services they purchase.

Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, and included resources may vary by service.

Failure to make required payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, taxes, government charges, payment processing charges, or other applicable fees may be the customer's responsibility.

12. Cancellation

Because some services involve dedicated infrastructure, server provisioning, configuration, or work performed specifically for a customer, cancellation and refund eligibility may vary.

Our services may depend on third-party providers, networks, hosting providers, domain registrars, payment processors, internet service providers, and recipient email systems.

We are not responsible for failures, interruptions, policy changes, or restrictions imposed by third parties outside our reasonable control.

17. Limitation of Liability
